Ruidosa Church Community Day

It's been years since Ruidosa Church has been open to the public, which is why we're thrilled to invite you to experience this special border site on Saturday, October 23.

The event will feature an immersive, large-scale art installation on and within the adobe walls created by Color Condition, a pair of textile artists from Central Texas. The month-long work will highlight both the sacred and historic nature of the space and is intended to benefit the ongoing restoration.

In addition to the art installation, visitors can expect:

• Tamales & beer by Hold Out Brewing in Austin
• Church tours
•  Adobe brick making: Noon - 1pm
• Mariachi Santa Cruz: 2pm - 4pm

All are welcome. Come and go as you like. Additional details will be released closer to the event.

The best destinations in Far West Texas often require a journey and Ruidosa is no exception. We hope you make the journey to join us in October.
